I was lucky enough to go on a trip of a lifetime this January. When I say that I have been to Antarctica… it still feels like a dream. I can’t really wrap my mind around it. I have never in my life felt anything quite like seeing the first icebergs in Antarctica appear on the morning of January 15, 2020. It was unlike any other experience, anything I’ve ever seen, or any feeling I’ve felt traveling. It was an intensely emotional experience, one I wasn’t all together expecting. One of these days I will write more about WHY I went to Antarctica, HOW I got there, and share more about my experience there. For now, however, I want to share a highlight of the trip- which was photographing an amazing Antarctica engagement session!
Admittedly, I met Liz and Paul on the ship. I did not go to Antarctica with the intention of photographing anyone 😉
