Instead of starting their ceremony, we decided to do happy hour before their wedding ceremony while waiting out the storm. Sure enough, after 30-4o minutes, the storm subsided! No stress necessary at all!
Their quiet ceremony was heartfelt, short, and so romantic. A few stray rain drops fell as they exchanged tearful, personal vows. Their parents sat in the front row. It felt so intimate and truly personal. Kaitlyn and Dj’s Mystic Connecticut elopement was unhurried and wonderfully ordinary.
