This magical garden inspired Magnolia Reserve Boise Wedding editorial photoshoot kicked off my 2026 wedding season! Starting every year with a creative photoshoot always gets me inspired before documenting a summer full of weddings. Magnolia Reserve asked me to help them launch their brand new wedding venue outside Boise Idaho. This stunning venue feels upscale, modern, and fresh compared to some of the rustic barn wedding venues you find in the Treasure Valley. Getting the opportunity to be one of the first Boise wedding photographers to document their amazing space was such a treat!
Planning a Spring Wedding in Boise Idaho
May is a great month for planning a Boise wedding. July and August tend to be way too hot with 100+ degree days, but May and June are the perfect months in the Treasure Valley. As a wedding photographer, I am a sucker for the spring blooms, green foothills, and lush feel of Boise in peak spring. This photoshoot took place on the third week in May and was the perfect weather for a spring wedding!
Picture soft sunlight filtering through budding trees, petals drifting on a gentle breeze, and a romantic wedding palette of blush, cream, and moss. This combination created such a beautiful, romantic scene. If you’re drawn to an editorial style garden feel, you may want to consider having a Magnolia Reserve Boise wedding. The refined details perfectly accent the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains. They have managed to create a space that feels both timeless and freshly inspired.
Boise’s Brand New Venue: Magnolia Reserve
The Magnolia Reserve is a more affordable wedding venue in the Treasure Valley with their rates starting at $3000 during off peak season and $3600 during peak season.
